Herbal workshop and dinner over bonfire at Refshale Island
This product is currently sold out.
Come with the herbal workshop and dinner over bonfires at Refshale Island, in Jane Ostermann-Petersen's beautiful house and workThe colony.
The workshop is for you who want to learn about wild herbs in the urban space (as well as herbs), which herbs you can find there, what they can, and how can you use them in skin care for yourself, in cooking and for healing. It is for you interested in sustainable design and houses built for the future, and to you who also love to enjoy an eco-friendly, luxurious meal, with a glass of nature wine, while we enjoy, saving and sharing with each other.
Content and description
We meet outside the colony at 12, where Jane Ostermann-Petersen welcomes and tells a little about building with sustainable materials. - Next, I take you 'in hand' for a little trip around and see what we can find of herbs here at Refshale Island, who will be a good representation for what you can find elsewhere here at the beginning of the fall, in ditch edges and parks. We also visit the nearby herb garden where we also need to talk a little about herbs that you can cultivate on the balcony, in jars and window sills. Meanwhile, we talk about how to use these herbs in skin care and for heal.
- We collect little herbs with back and catch up with herbs I have taken from home. Of these, we make a facial and the product, of course, get home, as well as the experience to make your own home. During the workshop you can ask questions to the herbs and the product. In addition to the herbs, I have taken extra ingredients from my laboratory that you can use for extra effect in the product.
- After the workshop we have to enjoy a plant-based luxury meal, which will be prepared over bonfire outside on bonface and there will be a delicious glass of nature wine too. We sit outside and eat, enjoy and talk to we need to move on.
